“Over four weeks, 78 testers used complete routines from the ATO (atopic dermatitis) or ACN (acne) lines and evaluated each product on effectiveness, feel, composition and overall satisfaction.”

How consumers experience YUN Probiotherapy: insights from 78 real‑world testers

Who participated in the test

A total of 78 consumers were selected through a screening questionnaire to ensure relevance. Each tester received three products and used them for four weeks, allowing for meaningful evaluation of both immediate and cumulative effects.

ATO line

Forty testers with active mild‑to‑moderate atopic dermatitis used the ATO routine: Wash Gel, Hydra Body Cream and Probiotic Repair Cream. The full routine was applied in the evening, with the probiotic cream reapplied as needed.

ACN line

Thirty‑eight testers with mild‑to‑moderate acne used the ACN routine: Micellar Water, Exfoliating Wash and Probiotic Repair Cream. Products were used twice daily, morning and evening.

Overall performance: strong advocacy and high satisfaction

Across both lines, testers rated products on a 1–5 scale and indicated whether they would recommend them. Advocacy was measured using Net Promoter Score (NPS).

The ATO line stood out with exceptionally high scores, while the ACN line also performed strongly.

  • 4.9/5 rating
  • 94% would recommend
  • NPS 89

ACN line

  • 4.3/5 rating
  • 84% would recommend
  • NPS 57

Consumers consistently praised composition, hydration and soothing effects across both routines.
