Ordering and payment questions
Yes. We take the utmost care with the information you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff. We make sure that all of our employees are up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference. You will also receive confirmation via e-mail that we have received your order. Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.
We accept four types of major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), as well as PayPal (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover), Ideal, Bankcontact/Mister Cash or via wire transfers.
Shipping and handling rates are based on the total cost of the order; under €40,- it will cost €5, between €40,- and €60,- the shipping costs are €2,-, you will not pay for shipping when your order is more than €60,-
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 working days after the order is placed. In most European countries your order will arrive within five business days. However, for the following European countries you need to take into account that it could take up to seven business days: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Iceland and Norway.
Once you place an order through YUN Probiotherapy you’ll receive an email with a track and trace code. Be aware, this can take up to two days.
Most packages arrive by the estimated delivery date. If you don’t receive the package by the estimated delivery date, please allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. The tracking code in your email will show the progress of your shipment. It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to provide any updates. Check the tracking information regularly and keep in mind that the weather or any other service disruptions may affect the shipping time.
Returns and cancellations
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. When you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. You can return a product up to two weeks from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same state you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. The return shipping must be paid by the customer. For specific details about the return proces, please contact our Customer Service department, they will help you with the details of retuning the product(s). If you cancel your order before 12 a.m. on the day you purchased online, the order will be cancelled. After 12 a.m. cancellation is not possible anymore.
Defective products (e.g. items delivered with damage) may be returned for a replacement or full credit. They must be reported and returned within 2 weeks of the order date. To report a defective product, please contact our Customer Service department via email@example.com.
